Hello! I'm a lifelong Philadelphian, born in Manayunk and currently living in Roxborough. Thanks to my electrician and engineer father, I've been fixing houses and learning how they work since I was a kid. After building a few professional recording studios, I became fascinated with construction techniques and building science. All of my experience living in, fixing, repairing, and remodeling old homes inspired me to start Inspectadelphia. It is our goal to help our clients understand the buildings they own and to ensure everyone walks away from our inspection feeling confident.
